Our Story: A Love Letter to the Mediterranean

Where it All Began: Kilometer 44
K44 is an ode to childhood memories and simpler summer living. For us, summer meant months spent lying on sandy beaches, nibbling on oriental pies and loukoumades, and dipping our toes in the crystal Mediterranean water. These moments took place exactly 44 kilometers away from Alexandria on Egypt’s North Coast. That specific stretch of coastline, the sun, the salt, and the "good old" summer vibes inspired us to create a brand that brings us back to the most exciting time of the year.

Built for the Conscious Voyager
K44 didn’t evolve into a sustainable brand; it was born as one. From our very first sketch, we set out to be a timeless, ethically produced Egyptian resort wear brand for men and boys. We believe that looking your best should never come at the cost of the horizons that inspired us. We started with a clear mission: to preserve the beauty of our coastlines by engineering high-performance apparel that respects the earth.

Slow Fashion, Fast Drying
At K44, we reject the cycle of fast fashion. We focus on small-batch production and high-quality, GRS-certified materials. Our goal is to create "heirloom" resort wear—pieces that stay in your suitcase season after season, reducing waste through longevity and timeless design.
