Our 14-Day Exchange Policy
At K44, we want to ensure your Mediterranean-inspired gear fits perfectly for your next journey. We offer a 14-day exchange policy, giving you two weeks from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or style.

Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Hygiene: All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact and attached.
  • Packaging: Returned in the original K44 packaging (including reusable product bags).

How to Start an Exchange

  1. Request: Email us at info@k44.store with your Order Number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request.
  3. Collection: Once approved, we will coordinate a courier to collect the item from your address.

Exchange Shipping Rates
Customers are responsible for the logistics costs associated with the exchange process unless the item was wrongly sent or damaged:

  • Greater Cairo: 130 EGP
  • Other Governorates: 180 EGP

Refund Policy
Please note that our current brand policy permits exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds unless an item is proven to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@k44.store immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it—including covering all associated shipping costs for verified defects.
